Administrator of Missouri Department of Economic Development, Missouri One Start Training programs

The LearningForce is your local administrator of Missouri One Start Training programs.  Most importantly, our team works directly with company’s in the SFCC 14-county region to apply for and secure training grant and multi-year project funding to offset the cost of customized training for your new and existing workforce. 

SFCC State Fair Training Consortium

The LearningForce administers the State Fair Training Consortium for member companies to participate in no-cost training through a schedule of customized trainings identified as training areas of interest by the group.  This program is funded by a Missouri One Start Customized Training grant awarded to The LearningForce.
