Sedalia, Missouri – Feb. 28, 2022 – State Fair Community College’s The LearningForce will offer the training series Development Dimensions International (DDI): Team-Focused Leadership from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 22, 24, 29 and 31 on the Sedalia campus. The series teaches current and future leaders, managers and supervisors teamwork skills that produce positive results.
DDI is a global leadership consulting firm with 50 years of experience in helping organizations develop exceptional leaders, from first-time managers to executives. Its training programs help people and businesses develop leadership skills that equip them to be successful. It doesn’t matter if the team is small or the entire company or organization.
Course titles include Making Meetings Work; Working as a High-Performing Team; Embracing Change; and Building and Sustaining Trust.
A DDI-certified facilitator will cover practical work applications such as how to effectively plan, facilitate and follow up on meetings; how to recognize team members’ limits and apply techniques to overcome limits; how to influence and support a culture of change; and how to collaborate and earn trust.
