Sedalia, MO Jan. 25 — State Fair Community College’s The LearningForce is now enrolling for its 2024 Commercial Driving Academy Class A program on the SFCC-Boonville Kemper campus, located at 701 Third Street.
Truck drivers are in high demand, and SFCC’s entry level driver training program is designed to help businesses and industries grow their transportation workforce with quality drivers. The training is compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations and includes 160 hours of online theory instruction and behind-the-wheel range skills and driving time. Student to teacher ratio is 3:1, and training includes use of a Virage truck driving simulator.
The standard course cost is $5,210, not including licensing fees. Funding assistance may be available for eligible applicants.
