Missouri State University’s Provost, Dr. Frank A. Einhellig, and State Fair Community College’s President, Dr. Joanna Anderson, signed an articulation agreement for elementary education bachelor’s degree completion at the SFCC-Lake of the Ozarks campus Nov. 8.
The articulation agreement ensures seamless transfer for all SFCC students who earn the Associate of Arts in Teaching (AAT) to complete a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education at MSU beginning fall 2018. The AAT is a 65.5 credit-hour degree that prepares students for transfer into college and university education programs.
Along with MSU, other universities that have signed a statewide articulation agreement for the AAT with the state’s public community colleges include Central Methodist University, Lincoln University, University of Missouri-Columbia, and University of Missouri-St. Louis.
