Sedalia, Missouri – State Fair Community College’s Small Business Development Center will hold Customer Discovery: Unlocking the Mystery for Success in four sessions from 6-9 p.m. on Tuesdays starting Feb. 4 at the Chamber of Commerce, 106 S. Independence, Harrisonville.

These no-cost sessions are ideal for small business owners, managers, profit and non-profits, and community organizations. Attendees will learn how to identify and refine business strategies that can enhance short- and long-term success through the practice of discovery. Because seating is limited, advance registration is required.

During the four sessions, participants will develop a business model canvas and value proposition; discover product and service needs; and test product and service ideas and viability through customer interviews. Attendees will receive individual feedback to enhance and sharpen ideas and learn about federal grants and other funding opportunities.
