SEDALIA—Dalton Morris, a State Fair Community College graduate, who is now a rodeo entertainer will perform during halftime of the Roadrunners game Feb. 15 at the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center on the Sedalia campus.
Morris earned an Associate of Arts degree with an emphasis in Agriculture from SFCC and entertained fans during basketball games as Rowdie the Roadrunner, the college’s mascot.
Morris has performed at the United Rodeo Association finals, the Missouri Rodeo Cowboys Association Rodeo finals and at the Dixie Stampede in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. He recently placed as the reserve champion trick roper at the International Finals Rodeo Contract Acts Showcase in Oklahoma City for the second time in a row.
The Lady Roadrunners will play at 5:30 p.m. against Crowder College, and the Roadrunners will play Indian Hills Community College at 7:30 p.m.
Regular admission is $5 for adults and $2 for students 13 and older. Children 12 and under and in-district residents 60 and older get in free. SFCC students and employees get in free with a BLUECARD. For more information, call (660) 530-5808.
