State Fair Community College’s Small Business & Technology Development Center will offer three QuickBooks training classes on Feb. 20, 21 and March 1 in the Fielding Technical Center, Room 253, on the Sedalia campus.
What’s Bugging You about QuickBooks Online? will meet from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Feb. 20. This class helps new users as well as those who already use the program to gain hands-on experience with the online platform. Participants will learn how to make files available in the cloud for access anytime and anywhere.
Introduction to QuickBooks Desktop will meet from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Feb. 21. This hands-on class is for beginners and those who want to become confident and proficient using the desktop version. Participants will learn how to set up accounts and preferences, write checks, enter and pay bills, enter transactions, track sales, and more.
Advanced QuickBooks Desktop will meet from 5:30-8:30 p.m. March 1. This session is for experienced users and those who have successfully completed the Introduction to QuickBooks class. Participants will explore more advanced features and applications of the software and build financial management skills.
Kelly Dyer is the instructor, and the cost is $49 for each class.
