How do I get my test sent to Testing Services?
All non-SFCC students must make their own arrangements with their employer, school and/or instructor to have their exam or exam instructions sent to the Testing Services email at testing@sfccmo.edu prior to their scheduled testing appointment.
What photo ID do I need to take a proctored exam?
All proctored exam appointments must follow the photo ID guidelines of the exam you are taking.
Can I take my exam on a walk-in basis?
No. All proctored exams require an appointment.
How soon do I need to make my appointment?
Proctored exams require a minimum of two (2) business days’ notice when making an appointment.
What if I need accommodations during testing?
Most accommodations still only require two business days’ notice for an appointment. However, students requiring a test reader, test scribe or other accommodations will need to make testing appointments a minimum of one week in advance.
I am not an SFCC student. Can I still have my test proctored in Testing Services?
Yes. All non-SFCC students will incur a $20 proctoring fee for each exam appointment.
Is there a bundle option for multiple tests or a reduction in fee for SFCC alumni?
No.
My school or employer is paying the proctoring fee. How do I arrange for payment?
Please send payment arrangements to testing@sfccmo.edu.
