Sedalia, MissouriFeb. 10, 2021 – The Missouri Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at State Fair Community College will host a no- cost webinar to help business owners determine their best options when they are ready to step down or step away. The webinar will be held 12-1 p.m. March 25.   

Topics covered are understanding key issues for a succession plan, analyzing the plan, building a team to ensure future business success, and reviewing practical and real-life issues encountered in succession planning. David Porter of Porter Law, LLC will lead the webinar. He has more than 30 years’ experience in supporting businesses as a compliance officer, coach and trainer and has written several books. Porter received a bachelor’s degree from William Jewell College and his law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School.  

There is no cost to participate, but registration is required.
