The Missouri Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at State Fair Community College will offer a two-part session titled, “Money-Smart” for small businesses. The first session will take place on Oct. 23, with the second on Oct. 30, both held in the Fielding Technology Center, Room 291, on the Sedalia campus. Sessions run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and are free of charge, courtesy of the event sponsor, Simmons Bank. Registration for the courses is required. 

The sessions are designed for aspiring and current small business owners, offering practical knowledge and skills to better manage their finances. Topics include financial management, record keeping, risk management, insurance, succession planning, and managing cash flow.
