Lego robotics, science, art, acting, printing, cooking, gardening, sewing, , dinosaurs, bugs, and forensic investigations are just some of the classes that will be offered this summer at State Fair Community College’s seventh annual Kids College.
The program offers more than 40 different four-day classes for students entering pre-kindergarten through 10th grade next fall.
Classes will meet mornings or afternoons June 18-21, June 25-28, July 9-12, and July 16-19.
Fees vary from $59 to $99 per class based on materials and equipment used. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Early enrollment is advised; classes without minimum enrollment one week prior to start dates may be canceled.
Roadrunner Career Exploration Courses are offered for students in grades 4-10. Courses will feature automated manufacturing, engineering, health sciences, robotics, chemistry, and new driver preparation.
