Download & Install Free Office 365

As a student at SFCC you get five free copies of Microsoft Office that are available to download through your student email account.

STEP 1:
Start by logging in to your Okta Dashboard at https://sfccmo.okta.com 

STEP 2:
Once logged in, click on any of the Microsoft Office 365 links such as the Office Portal, Mail, OneDrive, or Teams. 

STEP 3:
Once you’re logged in to Microsoft, go to https://aka.ms/office-install and choose Install Office.  A file called OfficeSetup.exe will go to your downloads folder.

STEP 4:
Run the OfficeSetup.exe program and follow the prompts to complete the software download and installation.

STEP 5:
After downloading and installation are complete, you will need to activate your Office 365 software.

The easiest way to do this is to open up Word or Excel and hit the sign in button in the top right hand corner (if it doesn’t pop-up on its own). You will be redirected to a log in screen where you can enter your full SFCC email address (for example rroadrunner1@student.sfccmo.edu) and then complete the sign in using your Okta credentials.

Congratulations! You now have Office 365 downloaded and have access to all the programs that come with it. You can download Office on five different devices through your student account, all for free!
