Catering Guide & Requests

Welcome to catering by Great Western Dining Service Inc., food service provider for SFCC’s Sedalia campus. We’d be delighted to cater your event, and pledge to provide delicious, creative menu items and excellent service. Making your function a great occasion is our priority.

SFCC Employees and Student Organizations

Because Great Western is on campus, we can cater your event efficiently and easily. We’re right here if you need us.

1. Book your meeting room through Reserve It.
2. Complete the Catering Request Form at least five days before the event and email it to foodservices@sfccmo.edu.
3. Create a requisition in mySTAR for the estimated cost of the catering. This needs to be completed and through the approval process at least four days before the catering event.
4. The Business Office will create a purchase order and give the number to the SFCC Café. Purchase order numbers are required to complete the catering request.
5. Contact the Director of Food Services at (660) 596-7235 with a confirmed number of attendees 72 hours before the event.

Community Organizations

Great Western is happy to cater your community event on the SFCC campus. We are here to provide outstanding service and are glad to answer your questions.

1. Book your meeting room through SFCC’s Facilities Management by calling (660) 596-7200 or email facilities@sfccmo.edu.
2. Complete the Catering Request Form at least five days before the event and email it to foodservices@sfccmo.edu.
3. Contact the Director of Food Services at (660) 596-7235 with a confirmed number of attendees 72 hours before the event.
4. Payment of 50 percent of the total cost is due before the event. The remainder is due immediately following the event.
