Your time at SFCC can be the best time of your life. It can also be stressful – whether it’s prepping for your first test, living with a new roommate, waiting for grades, or dealing with issues outside of the classroom that involve partners, family and friends.
If it ever feels like too much – know that you’re not alone and that we care about helping you find help. SFCC Cares includes resources on and off campus that can help you with stress, anxiety and life-threatening situations.
