CAREER DAY 2020 HAS BEEN CANCELED
Career Day | TBD | 9 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
A successful future starts with planning; and it’s never too early to start.
Career Day is an excellent opportunity for students in grades 9-10 to explore careers in Arts, Humanities and Communication; Business and Information Technology; Natural Resources and Agriculture; Health and Human Services; Industrial Technology and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
Students will be formed into groups of 20 to 22 and participate in interactive activities with professionals in each career field. For every 20 students that a school registers, the school will be required to provide one chaperone to accompany the students all day. A sack lunch will be provided for students and chaperones, and a hospitality room will be provided for bus drivers.
Registration is limited to 1,500 students – the roster is filling up FAST! So, to ensure your students can attend, register TODAY! Please be certain to register the number of students you only intend to bring to the event. Due to high volume, we strongly discourage overestimating. Remember, this year’s event is for 9th and 10th grade ONLY.
