Sedalia, Missouri – Dec. 21, 2021 – State Fair Community College’s The LearningForce will offer a four-hour online Development Dimensions International (DDI): Leading Virtually workforce training course from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 1 via Zoom. Registration deadline is Jan. 19. This course teaches how to connect and conduct business anytime and anywhere and the skills needed to compete efficiently in a global economy.
DDI is a global leadership consulting firm with 50 years of experience in helping organizations develop exceptional leaders, from first-time managers to executives. Its training programs help people and businesses develop leadership skills that equip them to be successful in a virtual workplace. Amanda Stoecklein, a certified DDI instructor and SFCC Business instructor, will conduct the course.
The training includes the components of leading virtually, communication skills, relationship building, skill practice, virtual communication best practices, and remote meeting engagement skills. Participants also will learn how to work off-site across time zones and cultures and how to overcome challenges and barriers to ensure successful results.
