Sedalia, Missouri  Sept. 10, 2021 – State Fair Community College will host Dr. Phil Fracica from Bothwell Regional Health Center for a discussion and Q&A at 5 p.m. Sept. 14 and 11 a.m. Sept. 30 in Thompson Conference Center, Heckart Center on the Sedalia campus. Dr. Fracica’s discussion will focus on the Covid-19 vaccine in regard to reproductive concerns and relevant medical facts about the vaccination. The public is invited to attend; masks are required.

Katy Trail Community Health will administer free Covid-19 vaccinations for the public from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sept. 22, Oct. 20 and Nov. 10. The vaccinations will take place on the sidewalk between Stauffacher Center and Hopkins Center. In case of rain, vaccinations will be held in Parkhurst Student Commons in Stauffacher Center.  

The Pettis County Health Department will administer flu vaccines from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 27 in Yeater Center lobby on the Sedalia campus. Cost is $25 or individual’s health insurance will be billed if insurance provider’s information is presented. The flu vaccine clinic is open to students, employees and the public.
