Sedalia, Missouri – May 20, 2021 – State Fair Community College’s The LearningForce will offer a two-part Customer Service Fundamentals workforce training from noon to 4 p.m. on July 27 and 29 in Fielding Technical Center, Room 209 on the Sedalia campus. The same training will be offered from 8 a.m. to noon August 10 and 12 on the SFCC-Clinton campus in the Truman Regional Educational Center, Room 104, 1701 N. 2nd Street.
Businesses of all sizes and types know the key to success is attracting, maintaining and satisfying customers. This workforce training offered by The LearningForce on Customer Service Fundamentals provides the building blocks to help prospective and currents employees create a quality customer service environment that enhances employability and success.
Topics for this workforce training include communication, leadership, relationship building, customer retention, problem solving, and how to measure customer satisfaction. In part one, students will learn why service matters, how to engage customers in a positive way and emerging customer service trends. In part two, students will learn how to exceed customers’ expectations, how to recover lost customers and influence others to give quality customer service.
Renee Anthony is the instructor, and cost is $199 per person. Missouri One Start grant funds from the Missouri Department of Economic Development for current grant holders may be available to offset the cost of training.
