How to pay for college

Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to apply for federal grants and loans at the same time you apply for admission. Apply early to ensure that your aid will be in place by fall semester. You will need information from the previous year's federal tax returns to complete the FAFSA; apply as early as February 1. Click on how to pay for college for a link to the FAFSA form and other information about SFCC scholarships.

A federal financial aid application is good for one academic year; you will need to apply each year you attend college.
